Have you ever tried White Chocolate Pretzel Gelato? Our Gelato factory is where we feature exclusive creations not available in stores. New and unique flavours are changed daily, and they are available for a scoop or a pint to take home. This season's flavours include Campfire S'mores, Peanut Butter Stracciatella, Matcha & Honey and Passionfruit Lemonade.

We are committed to sourcing the best ingredients we can find from around the world, and as locally as possible.

Our blueberries are grown in the beautiful Fraser Valley of British Columbia, our pineapples flown in from sunny Hawaii, vanilla beans from the Bourbon region on Madagascar, rich dutch cocoa, herbs from local farmers, unpasteurized honey from High River, Alberta, and real Canadian milk. Flavors like Raspberry Lime, Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt, Blueberry Basil and Frozen Hot Chocolate anchor and inspire our offerings that expand to limited-edition flavors inspired by holidays, seasons, people and places.

 

 
 
 


WE ARE OBSESSED WITH QUALITY & INTEGRITY.

All of our Gelato and Sorbetto pint offerings are natural, with no artificial flavours or colours. Our Sorbetto is always dairy, gluten, and animal-fat free, as well as vegan friendly. None of our products contain soy or egg, but rather a stabilizer that comes from plants. Aside from the natural sugars found in fruit, we use cane sugar to sweeten our Gelato and Sorbetto.

Get ready to explore the art of artisanal gelato and embark on a journey of Fiasco’s history, process, and into the realm of what we call home. You will get a glimpse of the Fiasco culture, a look at our everyday work life, knowledge on Fiasco history, and a chance to meet some of the special people behind Fiasco.

You will join us on an exclusive culinary tour of the history and process of gelato as you prepare your own flavour of gelato using our array of ingredients like Sicilian Pistachios, Dark Belgian Chocolate, or Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans.

Please fill out the booking request form if you are looking to book out a class. Minimum amount of guests is 8 people for a private class. Modified classes are available for parties more than 12 guests.
